1. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents who are attending the Colorado District 2 Little League Tournament and are under the age of 18 at the time of entry, with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who is 18 years of age or older. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Boulder Baseball Camps are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

Visit the Boulder Baseball Camps booth or table at the Colorado District 2 Little League Tournament during the promotional period and complete an official entry form. Only one entry per child is permitted. All required fields on the entry form must be completed, including a valid email address belonging to a parent or legal guardian age 18 or older. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM MST on July 13, 2025.

3. Consent to Marketing

By entering the promotion, the parent or legal guardian authorizes Boulder Baseball Camps to contact them via email, phone, or text with information, updates, and promotional offers related to camps, clinics, products, and services. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the messages.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a free kids’ sliding mitt. Approximate retail value (ARV) is $85. Prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitutions will be offered except at the sole discretion of Boulder Baseball Camps.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be held on or about July 14, 2025. The winner will be notified using the parent or legal guardian’s contact information provided on the entry form. If a winner cannot be contacted within 72 hours or fails to sign and return any required documents within the specified time period, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Release and Publicity

By participating, entrants and their parent/legal guardian agree to release and hold harmless Boulder Baseball Camps, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance, receipt, possession, or use/misuse of any prize. Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes consent for Boulder Baseball Camps to use the winner’s name, likeness, and/or biographical information for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation or permission.

7. General Conditions

Boulder Baseball Camps reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by Boulder Baseball Camps in its sole discretion. Boulder Baseball Camps reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these Official Rules.

8. Privacy

Any personal information collected will be used in accordance with Boulder Baseball Camps’ Privacy Policy, available at https://www.boulderbaseballcamps.com/privacy-policy.

9. No Affiliation

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Aria Sliding Mitts or its affiliates. Boulder Baseball Camps is not affiliated with Aria Sliding Mitts in any way.

This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
